Terms

What you are buying. One named position on the race kit, bike, or helmet, carrying your logo for the season described on the home page. Positions are sold once, first come first served, at the listed price.

Payment. Card payment through Stripe at checkout. A position is only secured once the payment clears; until then it stays open to anyone else.

Artwork. Send vector artwork (SVG or AI preferred, PNG at 300dpi accepted) at checkout or by email to kevinostaj@gmail.com. Kit panels are printed as a single file and close September 9th; frame and helmet positions are cut vinyl and stay open until race week. You will see a proof before anything is printed or applied.

What is not accepted. No gambling, no adult content, no MLM, and no supplements making medical claims. I reserve the right to refuse any brand, and a refused or rejected position is refunded in full.

Fulfilment. Your logo stays in its position from application through the final race of the season. You receive a proof, a photo of the position in training, race photos, and a mention in each post-race write-up. Vinyl that peels is re-cut and reapplied at no cost.

If a race does not happen. Injury, illness, cancellation, and DNFs are real possibilities in endurance sport. If a race is missed, the logos still run through training and the remaining events, and what happened is stated plainly in the write-up. If the season is abandoned entirely before any race, every position is refunded in full.

The obvious. This is advertising space on one person's equipment. It is not an endorsement by, or affiliation with, any race organiser. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the World Triathlon Corporation.
